In order to design the best looking web site for our clients, we feel that it is imperative that our staff meet with key stakeholders at the project initiation in order to get a good feel for the client’s style, branding and culture.

Our in-house branding and marketing experts are able to assist our clients in developing their online brand as part of this process.

We then produce a simplified Prince 2 style Project Initiation Document that documents the key stakeholders, project goals and the contextual information for the design brief.

Once the P.I.D. is signed off by the client, we normally produce two concept designs and then return and present these to the client’s key stakeholders.

The client then chooses and approves a layout design, after any necessary changes to the selected concept, and the design is then implemented on to our PaxiGo framework and published on to the web.
